Good customer service, but poor supply chain |

Ordering the product online was easy, and got receipt right away - on 9/27/2017. Two weeks later received e-mail followup saying order was backordered for 6-8 weeks. I received no other update until I contacted Razatrade early April 2018 . Customer service promptly followed up w/supplier (Cotton Love ??) and order was "re-initiated" and delivered by April 9...six months after I placed it. But the issue is that my order should not have required me to initiate an inquiry as to where it was, and with a good supply chain and system checks, Razatrade should have been able to detect the significant delay and initiate their own inquiry with the vendor -- but it didn't!
Am I likely to use Razatrade again? Based on this experience, probably not.
